Entrance Exams to Study Abroad
The SAT test syllabus includes courses that students have learned in school over the years. And if you’ve done well in school, you shouldn’t have any trouble preparing for the SAT Syllabus. The SAT Exam is divided into two parts: the SAT General Test and the SAT Subject Test.
The SAT is a three-hour test that assesses 1) fact-based reading and writing and 2) math reasoning skills. The SAT also includes a 50-minute essay writing section. Evidenced-based Reading and Math will be scored on a scale of 800 points, for a total of 1600 points. An essay’s grade ranges from 2 to 8 points.
The GMAT, or Graduate Management Admission Test, is a world-renowned entrance exam for students seeking admission to graduate management programmes at management higher education institutions around the world.
The GMAT is intended to help graduate business schools evaluate candidates for advanced business and management research. GMAT scores are used by over 3,000 graduate management programmes worldwide, and some Indian B-Schools accept GMAT scores as well.
The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is a standardised test that assesses students’ verbal, mathematical, and analytical writing abilities. The purpose of the exam is to assist Graduate Schools in determining applicants’ capacity for advanced study.
The GRE exam is required for applicants who wish to pursue admission to graduate programmes at educational institutions in the United States, primarily in the fields of engineering and science.
PTE Academic is a computer-based English-language academic test designed for non-native English speakers who want to study in English-speaking countries abroad. The PTE test assesses reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities.
Most questions assess two skills at the same time, such as listening and speaking or reading and speaking. The entire test is completed in a single 3 hour session in a secure test area while sitting at a computer.
